Mr. Vrushabh Lonkar, is a having very young personality and he is the most dynamic entrepreneur with rich and diversified experience in the domain. His leadership skills have always been exemplary and management skills have continually been an inspiration. The vision of quality security services embodied with competitive spirit and skill has always been on topmost of agenda in the years to come. He has just taken off his passion to provide good security services are fueled with spirits of knowledge and experience in this field. He hopes to climb greater heights by being the best and quality security service provider in the state of Maharashtra.
Mr. Kishor Jadhav
Security and Legal Advisor
Mr. Kishor Jadhav, has 40+ years of Rich Experiencein the areas of HR, Industrial Relation, General Administration, Liaison with Government and Local Authorities. He has contributed to setting up Green Field Industrial Projects such as Air System, ISMT, Meta Colour, KEC in Pune District. He has leaded HR, IR, Admin and monitored the Security, Safety, HK and Facilities Management Services and their day-to-day Operations. As on day he doing consultancy on various Legal Complaisance under The Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act 2005 and The Maharashtra Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules 2007 i. e. PSARA and Guard Board Documentations, Submission and Approvals. Meanwhile he has also acquired deep and adequate experience in Security Audit, Safety Assurance, Fire Fighting, Facilities Management, Industrial and Labour Law.
Mrs. Deepali Pawar
Training Faculty
Mrs. Deepali Pawar, Training Faculty is having 10 + years of experience with Commando Security Force, Pune. She is qualified and approved Trainer for First Aid, Fire Fighting and Industrial Safety and looking after the physical fitness of our security guards and supervisors by educating to our security personnel and developing their Spiritual and Physical Fitness by delivering the class room and on-site trainings. She is taking care of planning and monitoring of Disaster Risk Management, Eviction Plans, Preventive & Corrective Actions, Need base Clients SOP’s. It needles to state here that she is Having the consent from Home Guard Authority, Maharashtra State to run the Training Centre for private security guards and agencies under the PSARA Act and as on date she is holding a Directorship of the GURUKUL SECURITY TRAINING INSTITUE, Pune.
Mr. Datta Sawat
Manager Operations
Mr. Datta Sawat, is having adequate knowledge about Private Security, Safety, Firefighting and troubleshooting Area. He is having the vision of effectiveness of private security personnel at client’s workplace and develop the quality security and HK skills embodied with competitive spirit. We are very much proud about his leadership towards our Operations Team and further we are shouldering the sales furcation to him for enhancing the market share in and around Pune District.
Administration & Finance
Mr. Shree Mhetre
Mr. Shree Mhetre is a having self-motivated personality and he has acquired the adequate knowledge in the field of Administration and Functional Finance Matters of Sanskuti Group of Companies during his las 05 + years. He has further upgraded himself by obtaining essential Training in Security Operations from well-known private sector Institution approved from the Home Guard Authority of Maharashtra State under the PSARA Act. He is monitoring the inputs for preparation of Wage & Salaries and disbursements Cash Payments and Advances to the employees of the Group of Companies. It is needless to state that he is one of the key assets and leading persons of our Administration and Operations Team. AND there are other supporting Officers, Filed Staff and well-trained Security, HK Facility and Hospitality Service orientated ground level personnel with our TEAM.
